Having all our patient records, billing, inventory, and back-office activities across our departments managed was getting complicated. With the help of an experienced enterprise resource planning consultant like Digital Links, we were able to get all our practices into a manageable single system. The team understood how our healthcare centre functioned, and helped us to improve with visibility across our departments without causing any interruptions in our processes.

Our construction projects involve multiple teams, vendors, purchase orders, expenses, and timelines. We needed more than just ERP software; we needed someone who understood how to implement it around our actual workflow. The ERP implementation consultant worked closely with our team, streamlined our processes, and made it much easier to track project-related operations from one platform.

We had various systems in place for sales, stocks, purchasing and accounts that made day-to-day work far too complex. Our Odoo consultant was able to integrate all of those elements and tailor the system around our distribution process. The switch was smoothly handled and our staff has a much-improved understanding of inventory and sales.

As our manufacturing increased, we needed to be able to handle finance, procurement, inventory, and reporting in various processes. Our Net Suite implementation consultant guided us in building the implementation around our needs instead of trying to make us modify everything to fit the software. Now we're more connected and have greater insight into our business.

Our logistics business depends on accurate information moving between sales, finance, warehouse, and operations teams. Dynamics 365 ERP consulting helped us identify gaps in our existing processes and create a more integrated workflow. The improved access to operational and financial information has made day-to-day coordination much easier for our teams.
